We stayed at kaca for just a night .good hotel , new property .had a overall good stay

The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. Delicious food. The room was spacious, spotlessly clean, and the bed was very comfortable with crisp sheets. The hotel's location was ideal, with easy access to public transport and local attractions.

Excellent staff, good food, compact yet clean rooms, Ac/wifi all working well. Worth it.

I will request to the customer please don't go in this hotel Ac was not working,geaser was not working,I change the room but in second room also toilet flush was not working.The staff was very rude.The TV was in bad condition,when I changed the room I request them two time to come and checked my room but no-one came and when I went to another room after that they told me that TV is not working and they charged me I will request all customer that you can prefer don't stay in this hotel. If you ordered food it will take minimum 1 hr.

Rooms are very small and they took photos in wide angle so it's look like big room. so don't confuse guys. my bathroom is bigger than this room. food is ok ok but in less quality. and staff are no polite.

Hotel is just near the New Delhi Railway Station, Rooms are very congested not even place to put the luggage. Have to wait more than a hour after check in town, as it was informed that cleaning is going on. Staff are good.

i had a very pleasant stay. the food was exceptional, with a variety of delicious options, and the accommodations were comfortable and well-maintained. overall, a great experience.

If we are looking for hotel interior and services it is good but the locality is not good. Not recommended for families and couples at all very bad locality if you re coming with family or you are couple do not book hotels in this area or any near by area.
