    Review: Extremely Disappointed with the Service (Except for Location) Except for the location, everything else about our stay was disappointing. My team and I booked 3 rooms for 3 days, and the experience was far from what we expected. Check-in Delay: It took 45 minutes just to provide us with the room keys, which set a poor tone from the start. Poor Room Service: For a double occupancy room, only one toothbrush was provided. When we requested a second one, it took 30 minutes to arrive. Similarly, when we asked for ironing services, we received the Iron after 25 minutes, which caused us to miss an important conference, arriving at 10:30 AM instead of 9:00 AM. Housekeeping Issues: On the second day, towels were not placed in the room. Again, we had to wait 30 minutes for them to arrive, causing further delays. Breakfast Quality: We had breakfast included for all three days, but the menu was exactly the same every day. Only the South Indian items were somewhat acceptable — the rest of the food was unpalatable. Staff Miscommunication: I forgot to include breakfast for my staff during the initial booking, so I paid an additional during check-in. However, the next morning, my staff was kept waiting outside the restaurant for 25 minutes because the night staff failed to update the morning team. This was embarrassing and unacceptable. Overall, the attitude and professionalism of the staff were severely lacking. I do not recommend this hotel to anyone, especially for business travelers.

    Location was very good, food was average, amenities are quiet outdated as hotel is quiet old, but that is managable. Service was very terrible as the manager at reception during check-in was rude, that kind of rudeness is not acceptable in a place like the royal plaza. And also guests are not allowed at your property, you should mention that in your rules and regulations part, or somewhere before booking. If we knew this before, would have never booked a room there

    Hotel charges are too high compared to the facilities & services they provide. 1. In Room Food options were limited 2. Toiletries were not proper 3. Wifi was weak 4. Breakfast was Ok ok 5. Rooms were of old types. Only 1 charging port in room 6. In reception there was no Wifi options which generally all hotels have 7. Food was too costly & higher than any 5 Star Hotels 8.
