Review Of Ashok Country Resort

One of the best staycation.. Resort was very clean and staff were really very helpful. The icing on the cake was food.. We ordered lot of stuff and everything item was damn delicious

Average stay experience, little outdated types it is. better to book any business hotel until you are looking for resorts.

Great resort very close to IGI airport. The rooms are a bit dated and in need of renovation, but the excellent staff make up for all the shortcomings. Very expansive and beautiful lawns. The pool etc are not very great. Traffic in front of the resort can get busy in the mornings

This is a resort hotel. The location is good. because I will go to airport early next morning. So I book there. The price is also cheaper. There is a wiming pool. I like swiming. So I booked. After reach there, there are many person in swiming pool. the water is deep green. So I didnot swim. I also no book breakfast, no eat dinner there. So donot know foods . The room inside is special wood furniture above bed end. The change is no electric socket on bed head side. Washroom in normal. It is suitable for a short stay

The room couch is not clean there is noise coming from AC also the behaviour or staff at reception is not good and it gives a kind of dull vibes, also the picture I see in site the place is somehow different

The property is clean and good but the staff people are liar . They were doing discrimination between foreigners and Indian citizen . Staff people specially that old guy in the front office was very rude . His tone and vocabulary was rude and harsh enough to spoil the mood of the guest .

I enjoyed my stay at the resort. The room was comfortable, and the staff were friendly and helpful. A particular highlight was the food—the meals were delicious with a good variety of options.

Location is very remote and road near the hotel is completely damaged. Air conditioner of room is is old and bad shape. Bathroom shower and other things are not properly working. very old. they blocked

First of all the staff of front desk looks rude. Second thing there is no charging point in room. Third thing food is not up to the mark I have ordered cheese chilli toast it only have cheese & chilli no veggies on it. Fourth thing the behaviour of pool staff is not good he shouted on the small kid for balloon.

location is good but the roads to reach are bad, also border area sometimes cause taxi driver cancel order breakfast is very good, not to mis rooms are not wellmaintained services are good

Property no doubt was well maintained and beautiful,the staff there was not good,they were rude at reception and the person at the pool ruined my stay experience. Our main goal was to enjoy at the pool but the person who was on duty there was extremely rude. He scolded my daughter eight year daughter at the pool for just dipping her hand in water after 6.30pm as it was closing time. He was acting like he was our great grandfather and yelling at us for not teaching value of time to our daughter. He was giving us instructions every now and then for not doing things. We all can swim but still he was shouting do go there don't do this don't do that. My daughter was actually scared of him and we had an argument abt the same. I don't recommend this property to anyone. And the food was expensive not that good in taste and quantity. Disappointed.

I'm writing to formally complain about Ashok Country Resort. I want to warn future customers who are thinking of staying there because their services are very bad. They only give two small water bottles for each room. If you need more water, you have two bad choices: you either have to pay ₹84 for a tiny 500ml bottle, or they give you an unsealed, used water bottle. When I asked about the used bottle, the person at the front desk actually said, without any shame, "Sir, we have washed this bottle and filled the water." This means they are taking bottles that other guests have used, washing them, refilling them, and then giving them to new guests to drink from. This practice is very unhealthy and dangerous. What if the person who used the bottle before had a serious sickness? They just wash it and give it to you to drink from. This is completely wrong and risky for customers' health. I am sharing my personal experience with DLF Club 3, as they provide best-in-class services. This serves as a recommendation for those who wish to invest the same amount of money and receive superior service. Sharing photos for ref.

The property has good food The location is fine the rooms are fine I expected better here as the bathtubs are just Stone made randoms for name sake, AC are kinda old for delhi temperatures now Else everything is great

It was a really good experience. I enjoyed my stay at the Ashoka Country Resort. The staff was really friendly and helpful. All sorts of facilities were available. I would love to visit it again.

Location is key point which is near to airport and other city area,like market, Gurugram a s jaipur highway all are very near within 2 km. Stay experience is very good, services and staff is good

Very Disappointed – Not Worth the Money! I had a terrible experience at this resort and would absolutely not recommend it to anyone. 1. Dirty Swimming Pool & Poor Timing: The swimming pool was in a horrible condition – the water was clearly not cleaned or maintained properly. To make things worse, it closed as early as 6:30 PM, which is extremely inconvenient for guests who want to relax in the evening. 2. Unprofessional Reception Staff: The receptionist was extremely rude during check-out. There was no courtesy or basic professionalism, which completely ruined the end of our stay. 3. Terrible Food Service: The food was of poor quality. Every time I ordered multiple items, they would forget at least one. For example, I ordered 3 items and only received 2 – and this wasn’t a one-time issue, it happened consistently! 4. Misleading Room Booking & Rude Response: I had specifically booked 3 rooms with bathtubs. Out of the 3, one room did not have a bathtub at all. When I brought it up, the staff rudely responded by saying “you’re lucky we even gave you a room.” That level of disrespect is unacceptable. There were several other issues too – overall, the service was subpar, the facilities were not as described, and the staff had a terrible attitude. This place is not worth the price or the hassle. Think twice before booking here.
