Arrived at 3 pm and waited for half an hour for room that was not maintained and clean. Staff were not professional. Room lock was broken

Terrible Stay
worst stay ever.. offering no service at all. 3rd class staff with high attitude never comes in call. 2 nights stay was a disaster. no options for breakfast and staff denied service. we had complimentary meal upgrade and high tea... but they did not provide us anything... Mattress was hurting so much and we complained multiple times but they did not respond. also name ginger palace they have 3 hotels in same premises. we booked a room in ginger palace and got a room in Eastend hotel. so pls beware... not recommended to anyone.

The service and accommodations were pretty bad. 😞🏨👎 My room had no mirror, the heater and AC didn't work. I booked a big room but got a small one. Worst service ever.

Terrible Stay
Hotel was horrible. They didn’t keep the room ready despite we checkin 8 hours late with prior intimation. Towels, water, coffee cups etc were not provided. Requested but few were provided 8 hours after. Car service free shuttle to airport was also not ready in time when reminded 3-4 times in advance

Terrible Stay
It has been the worst hotel I have ever travelled so far. They gave us a small room, very different from the one shown in the picture while booking. Room full of dust and bad smell, towels dirty. Lobby fully littered with dust,bamboos and smelling horrible. We checked out of hote at late night around 11 pm and shifted to Taurus sarovar portico in vicinity. Booking is available on MakeMyTrip app. I am traveling with my wife and daughter. MakeMyTrip should not list such kind of hotels. Entirely misleading and zero management with untrained staff and property unkept fully need of deep cleaning , repairs, staff recruitment and training. Never recommend such hotels.

Excellent Stay
The service staff was really helpful and hotel was clean and nice, food was also good. Got a great deal on mmt and found this nice hotel who are willing to serve customers and not to loot.

Excellent Stay
Spara resort was good, but the issue was that the rooms that were been booked for 1st day, were with a bath tub, when landed, they told the room was without, so to upgrad, had to pay more 2000, plus the suit room was not at all of class, bathroom door was not well screwed up, the floor was shabby, all this was highlighted to the resort staff. But over all was very happy, post upgrading the room that we got. Food was nice.

pathetic experience
first of all they shifted us to their other location. room was untidy and there was water leakage in the bathroom. the images on the internet of the property were complete opposite to the actual place

Poor Stay
The availability of food is not to good in hotel restaurant Also the room is so much suffocating The cleanliness is very poor The most negative part is that the staffs are dual characteristics in nature, like their service has changed time to time according to the guests.... Not recommended for next time stay in Delhi like city.

Terrible Stay
at 10.30 pm they told to shift our booking to another property. in that property rooms were dirty and worst experience we faced. rooms were not ready and whole building were under construction. after several request they finally gave us rooms by changing 3-4 times at 12 am. after that we had food and went to sleep at 1 am. we had early morning flight so we could not sleep that night. my 5 yr old child and 80 yrs old parents got sick

Average Stay
This property is newly built, but in their rooms modern amenities are not there as per the their room category. Bathrooms are very unhygienic, they are not even clean the rooms before they handover to us. The restaurant food was very tasteless, the food they served us are smelling very nasty. The staffs are also not very cooperative. They behaved very unprofessionally. Overall this is an average category hotel.
