polite staff neat and clean hotel food is also brilliant.staying from last 4 years and always same as the one it was first time stay

Stay was good, the location was also Prime on the road side. The Only Problem was that I didn't get any Discount ( 15% Discount Shown on aap) on Food Ordered in my room from their Flavour Restaurant.

The room wasn’t as per our expectations. Also there was a construction going on ground floor which made it bit noisy for stay. The pool area wasn’t clean at all. The room was as shown in pictures it had that moist smell over all

Very comfortable stay. All appliances were working fine , room was neat and the ambience of the resort is also good. ample parking space

Room and infrastructure are really good. service is so quick and gentle. front desk service are excellent. specially Mr. Tara Prasad's behaviour , his professionalism and his care taking ability feeling as like as Home atmosphere. GM Mr. Kulbhushan always take care of all guests.

Everything was ok. But pool was not ready.

We stayed in Grand Heritage for one night during a Buss. Trip. Its a nice property with clean rooms. But staff's response time was very slow. Secondly, breakfast was also average and cold food was served even after requests.

Not good room, bed other things environment also not good. In such cost facilities is not good need to improve

There was no bathroom sleeper in room and room and breakfast was average only advantage was that property is near to expo centre

Room service: 5/5 food : 5/5 cleanliness : 5/5 atmosphere :5/5 must stay. All facilities are provided as they wrote in narrative. Room service and food service are very fast!

Hotel Ambience is good and rooms are also big, but toilet has to be more clean and the linen is very dirty,

overall good experience staff are very helpfull and kind but laundry its too costly work on it and washroom tap

The behavior of staff was not good. The room they provided was very small & bed were broken
