A room on a highway, in a marriage banquet, named as resort n water park, it's don't even has a swimming pool and not any green area or park to move around.. it's like a jail to stay in a room.. very bad experience as per our expectation as a, resort with water park.. we hope, we are only guest in this so called resort.. we may not stay, of our booking is refundable..

Experience was terrible 😔... Bad service... No customer centric approach. Ordered dinner from outside... Even options available in menu was not available...charged double for water park...only two child went water park, however charged for two adults as well who did not even entered water park.... Overall bad experience.... Do not visit....

Dear Jasmeet sir, Greetings of the day! This is with reference to Your latest visit at our Hotel The Retreat Water Park ,Sir with due respect I would like to acknowledge you that the booking which you have made with us is for the rooms only that includes the breakfast. For Water Park entry we have a separate package deal which is available online and off-line to at hotel . If u want to use the water park Tickets are available at counter in lue of that you need to pay a certain amount. We have whole incident captured in CCTV in which all the members are visiting the water park after getting the tickets from the counter. In the end at the checkout time you refused to settle your bill and started misbehaving with the staff for not paying the services which you have used That's too captured in CCTV recording As far as food menu is Concered we run a 4 star hotel in which all the facilities are available We have 24 hrs kitchen and Room services available. Further to your experience with us which you have told is terrible that is because of your course of action we are in hospitality business we never wish to spiol guest happiness I hope above is in order .
