Worst Hotel Experience Ever – Avoid at All Costs
This was by far the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had, and I strongly urge others to avoid this property.
It all started with the airport pickup. The hotel flat-out refused to send a cab, forcing us to arrange our own.
When we finally reached the hotel, the nightmare continued. Despite the official check-in time being 1 PM, we were made to wait in the lobby for more than 30 minutes. Then, instead of giving us our booked room, they handed us a much smaller one, claiming that “our” room had a guest who had suffered some tragedy and wasn’t leaving yet.
Later, they changed their story, saying there was electrician work going on. We suspected something was off, so we went and knocked on the door of our supposed room — and out walked a guest who was clearly just a friend of the owner. No tragedy, no repair work
We were finally given our actual room at 6:30 PM, more than 5 hours after check-in, and to make matters worse, the room looked nothing like what was shown
This hotel is completely unprofessional and misleading.
