Review Of Hotel Guru Preet @ 2min From New Delhi Railway Station

Never came across such a hotel, receptionist and staff. Extremely rude, ill-mannered and pathetic. Our check in experience was terrible as we requested early check-in and in spite of room availability they did not provide the early check-in. Rooms were messy and not clean and basic amenities which were included in our package were not provided like toiletries, slippers etc. Staff had no courtesy and after multiple follow up in the reception they ignored our request. And the food was terrible. we ordered Butter roti and paneer, it was stale and pathetic. Horrible experience! Least recommended.

I I had a wonderful stay at Gurpreet Hotel. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Highly recommended Hotel.

My in-laws stayed at Hotel Guru Preet International, New Delhi for a night and had a really good experience. The service was effortless, the staff were kind and attentive, and the place was clean and well-kept. They also enjoyed the food, which was fresh and tasty. Overall, it was a comfortable and pleasant stay.

Despite paying for breakfast, it wasn't provided, which was a significant oversight. Furthermore, there was a discrepancy in the room size; the hotel's listing on MakeMyTrip mentioned a 240sq ft room, but the actual room was only 170sq ft, which felt cramped for a triple occupancy. To make matters worse, the receptionist asked for extra money during checkout, even though I had already settled the bill. However, I must commend the service boy and security personnel for their helpfulness. Given the issues I faced, I wouldn't recommend Hotel Gurupreet Delhi without thorough research and confirmation of its amenities and services.

The hotel is good and clean, near to the ndls railway station , they allowed us to checkin early because our train was before time. We took deluxe room which was comfortable for 3 people to stay with a separate single bed for the third person. The uncle in reception is good and gave us helpful advice for going around the city. The only thing that bothered us was the absence of windows in the room.Although the room had centralised AC and fan, we think a window is a must for proper ventilation.
