OK stay with some good and ba
Good: Check in check out was smooth and in room service was ok. Limited breakfast spread. Bad: Mini Bar refrigerator was non functional and had bad smell. ( strange that it was empty and not working but during check out i was asked whether i had used any thing from mini bar or not.. Clearly staff has no clue about malfunction. Using cracked and broken cutlery in restaurant during breakfast was bad experience. They should have some quality check for this.

Good Stay
Stay was good. But food was too expensive and stay is good too. The room was clean. House service is good too. Other than expensive food everything was fine and good.

Average Stay
The corridor was extremely smelly, there were roofs leaking in the corridor The bathroom taps and shower was not working properly, we were not able to shower comfortably. Bedsheet and blanket was not properly cleaned. Room was spacious with a beautiful open view. Staff was responsive actively.

Very average hotel for the prices they are charging 20k for 3 nights. No pool gym or anything else, just restaurant. The receptionist will keep asking the room number anytime they see you, which is literally their job to know.

This was the worst hotel ever. The receptionist was unwelcoming and spoke very rudely. I strongly suggest that everyone avoid this place and not waste their money.
