My stay was amazing in Godwin deluxe one of the best hotel in Paharganj. The Restaurant was too good gives us the luxury vibe. room was near and clean with smart amenities. All over it was a luxury stay .

AC of the room was not working. I returned from work at 8 PM and informed to management regarding AC problem. There was no service engineer available , however upto 2 am they were bluffing me for the fixing of issue but finally they have not repaired and neither they have provided any other room. I could not sleep for the entire night. It was nightmares for me....

Stay was very comfortable with excellent and cooperative staffs. It was like a home stay. Very near to sadar bazaar for business shopping, few minutes walking distance to India gate. Food was fresh and delicious. Overall Godwin Hotel is very very good.

Godwin Hotel is beautifully designed with well cleaned rooms and all luxuries . Staff is manned and welcoming. It was a pleasure staying there.

The property and rooms were really good – clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The food was also tasty and of good quality. However, the room service was quite disappointing as requests were not fulfilled on time. The staff was also not very supportive or cooperative, which made the overall experience less pleasant.

Location , Ambience , Cleanliness , Food are all good. We booked Studio room with air filter as given in Make my trip description. How ever only one room was provided as per description and second room was small and with out amenities of Studio room and airfilter. When asked after check in reception staff informed both rooms are same type and after our repeated request they said will allot next day . But not given . At the time of check out when asked for refund they told us to complain with Make my trip . Please check the details with Make my trip before booking or else you will be paying more

This is the second time I am staying in this hotel. Last time it was in 2022. Surprisingly both the times the receptionist who is an elderly person and usually is on duty on night gives a neglecting attitude if room is availed in a discounted price. We took a studio room which we got in a reduced price as it was off season of august. He checked and after seeing our booking prices he seemed quite irritated. He also have some taunt when we asked for early check in. On the 2nd day room was not even cleaned despite asking for it. The room is good, spacious and clean. But the staffs have attitude problem.
