    hotel is near to t3 terminal wgixh is convenient for international traveller's. but the cost is too high high for the service they provide. their entrance is confusing as the entrance shown in the map is some others hotel entrance then they will guide you to go to the transit hotel reception. even though I called to put the mattress beforehand because we were doing late checkin and had early flight. still that was not done before hand. but the room service was fast. there was a weird smell in the room

    This property charges more than it delivers. The rooms were not clean, and the bathroom condition was bad, with rust everywhere. Even the dustbin was not empty. So it was a waste of money. Also, they charge 110 for a 20 Rs MRP cold drink bottle

    Insects all over head while sleeping.

    Woke up in the middle of night around 2:00 am, feeling insects walk all over my face and head. There were lots of small insects that came out of AC vent and has filled the entire room - bed, pillow, ceiling and floor. The staff change my room but it was very unpleasant stay. The hygiene is null and manager was not to assist the solution.

    my AC was not working on the ist day only , however on my repeated requests, I had to settle in a shabby room at 1 am, later I was given a adjustable room on the 2nd day
