    The room was adequate. Need to improve bathroom facilities. There are no shops to buy light snacks or other utilities. No mini bar

    Good ambience, Staff very helpful, Clean and hygenic rooms ... Only issue was that the breakfast menu options were very limited ... Stayed in this hotel for 3 days and overall had a good experience .. Close to metro stations

    We moved to this hotel after staying at Golden Grand (my usual hotel) for 1 night as they were fully booked so I booked this hotel. The moment we did the check in we felt that this is an old hotel that is trying to survive. Strange smell is there in the building as well as rooms and we never felt it is a clean place to live. Certainly not 4 star and I feel it's maximum 2 or 2. 5 star. Staff is fine but room and overall building is dated. Looks like management has done some upgrades but overall not a good place to stay. Buffet breakfast is below average. Surely, we are not staying here again. It's highly overpriced as compared to the facilities. Nothing 4 star about it.

    I was staying there single but they provided me small double bed joined together. I supposed to get a single big bed but they gave me two bed joined together so that was very uncomfortable to sleep in the middle. They did not gave me Wi-Fi password, room slipper etc, unless you have to request for it. There is no meaning for such facilities if you have to ask for it every-time. I think they have given me worst room as I was a single (girl) guest. The room was too noisy as it was attached with the janitor room. This was my worst experience ever with such hotel.

    Guyz Customer want only service. This Hotel manager ( night shift Reception person is so much rudely. I have ever seen like this type of worst reception person. BOGAS VAHYAT. Totally not helpful person. Manager have to know how to talk and behave with customer. Not gave answer properly. Every time face was like Very small room Property was like garage. Hotel Staff was good. Also restaurant staff was good.
