I am writing to express my disappointment with my recent stay at Taj West End, which fell far short of the standards one would expect from a property of your repute.
I had booked a Heritage Wing room via the MakeMyTrip app, but upon arrival, I was surprised to find that the room allotted to me bore little resemblance to the images shown online. It was not only smaller than what I had paid for, but also lacked the elegance and space that was advertised.
To add to the discomfort, I noticed cockroaches in the balcony area, which was highly unhygienic and unacceptable. I immediately contacted reception to report this issue, but no action was taken during the course of my stay.
Furthermore, I checked in around 6:00 PM, and to my surprise, I received a call at 8:00 PM the same evening asking when I would be checking out the next day. The tone and pressure of that call were unsettling and left me feeling extremely unwelcome.
To make matters worse, at around 1:30 AM, I was abruptly disturbed by someone knocking on my door to deliver coffee, which I had never requested. This unexpected and alarming intrusion in the middle of the night was extremely distressing and completely unacceptable.
Given the series of unpleasant events — from hygiene concerns and service lapses to the breach of privacy late at night — I had no choice but to cut short my stay and check out the same night around 2:30 AM.
This entire experience was not only disappointing but also left me with a strong sense of regret for having chosen Taj West End. I sincerely hope you take this feedback seriously and investigate these incidents thoroughly. I would also appreciate a response regarding the inconvenience and service shortcomings I faced.
