Wonderful experience
It was a lovely property. We dis a girls night-out staycation at the property. The staff were courteous & helpful. Had a great time. The breakfast buffet was wholesome & had a wide spread of delicious items.

The best hotel for folks with disabilities!
familyWe stayed at the ritz carlton with our special needs son (age 11. Everything about our stay was fantastic. Everyone at the hotel went above and beyond to ensure that we were always comfortable and well-taken care of. None of our requests were denied. One of the rare times we have stayed in a hotel where everything was perfect. The service is beyond compare. Special mention of farzana who took great care of us, and even attended to our requests on her off day!

Everything about the ritz-carlton, bangalore was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of hotel. We were very pleased with our stay. We hope to be back for a longer visit in the future.
