Poor Stay
a decent property but bad hospitality. while booking it says smoking allowed inside the property but there are no smoking rooms. you cannot even smoke in the parking lobby but have to go out of the premise to smoke. food delivery boys even while it's raining heavily don't get to come inside and the food and the delivery boys are soaking wet. the website or online platform says unmarried guests allowed but the property manager says visitors in the rooms not allowed. lol joke? making basic eggs takes 20mins making the bacon crisp which is already cooked takes 20mins. the staff needs to go back and learn hospitality and customer service.

Terrible Stay
The overall experience was very pathetic, I had booked the highest category room (suite room) for 3 nights and first day arrived at hotel around 10:30 pm, asked for lemonade and some light refreshment because I was having motion sickness and felt nauseated but the hotel manager denied the request. Once I entered the room it wasn’t tidy, dust was all around the headboard on bed and other areas. Very limited options in the breakfast buffet, if you ask for anything like fresh juice etc which I made a request as I was fasting on Monday, they denied that too. In room dining bill was paid right away and upon checkout they didn’t produce the bill to me stating that its misplaced. I ordered some packed snacks bengaluru specific to take home which the hotel guards denied to even speak to me and collect it on my behalf. They claim it to be 5 star category but service and other amenities are way less than even 2 star category. Won’t recommend it to anyone if you are looking for support and hospitality.

I stayed second time in this property, the staff is great and very helpfull, rooms are very good and clean. Property have lots activity area and good for family as well.

Highly recommended for stay if you are looking in 5000/- to 7000/- range
LOCATION- The property is located opposite to Leela Palace and next to Manipal Hospital. The road is usually busy but it’s easily reachable from Thippasandra, Jeevan Bhima nagar, koramangla, domlur, Indira nagar. AMENITIES- The property has a swimming pool, 3 restaurants to choose from (one of which is a bar). Standard room will have all the amenities such as Iron and Iron board, kettle, toiletries, Bath robe, shoe shiner brush, dental kit, shaving kit, comb etc. ROOM-I stayed in deluxe room category. The room is big enough for 2 people to stay. You have the option of twin bed or single bed. The beds are comfortable, bathrooms are fine for standard room. You get basic shower panel for a good relaxing bathing experience. The food options are available both on ala-carte and buffet. If you are looking for a food range in 1******/- per person, then you may be okay with it. Otherwise, you have the option of ordering food from nearby restaurants. POV- Since Indira Nagar is very close, you will get plenty of Swiggy/Zomato options.

Hotel cleaning staff needs to clean all nooks and cranies in the guest room and washroom more throughly. Dust and grime are clearly visible in the corners.
