Good Stay
My stay was comfortable and the overall experience was pleasant. However, I feel there is scope to improve the taste of the breakfast buffet and the quality of service.

Run down hotel. Very boring atmosphere n vibe.
Getting in touch with the hotel to confirm you booking for not happen after 6. So this is a bit of an issue as sometimes you can confirm stuff after one gets gone from their schedule. However emails are promptly replied to. On check in I was given a room which was not the category I had purchased. I was called down to show them my booking reservation and saying that Mmt has told them wrongly. It would have been more professional for my voucher to be checked first. Also MMT said in the booking that it is a Premier pool view, king bed, sit out. However there is absolutely no sit out but a narrow balcony. So I don't know if the hotel gave me a wrong room or MMT has described it incorrectly. Nevertheless if done by any, they have fooled the customer during reservation or allocation. The hotel is very run down. I would never see it as a five star hotel. The rooms are so basic. The lights are poor. Not even the light facing the mirror in the bathroom is powerful. The bathroom is basic. The glass wash basin is ill fitted (room 325). It reminded me of the European tiny bathrooms. Don't get me started on the food. The prices are absolutely sky rocketing. Thankfully it's not compulsory to eat in. There was no info about any entertainment happening in the hotel for the weekend. I felt the start could have been better. Pune hotels are much better than this experience. Needs an uplift. All in all its a very average stay. I'm not impressed.

Bed is queen size Not king size As shown on MmT . Security is good . Reception is rude . 24/7 restaurant quality of service very low . Japanese restaurant best . House keeping best . Breakfast is good . Hotel renovation going on So the access to spa is limited with narrow muddy road .

Problem with make my trip
The hotel stay was fine - the booking with make my trip was not - make my trip clearly indicated breakfast included but the final receipt did not have breakfast as part of the deal.

Terrible Stay
Old and badly maintained ill staffed property with poor service. Door keys often malfunction and if u call reception they take atleast three calls and minimum half an hour to come. In evening they promised to give packed breakfast at reception around 6 am as two members had early flight and breakfast was part of their package but refused in the morning to provide so. Overall bad experience with staff running the property. As frequent traveler, I can say Bangalore certainly has far better options at much lower rates.
