It was for a day, however, the stay was amazing. Overall ambience of the room was pretty good. Room service was top notch.

We had a wonderful stay above my expectations. Breakfast was really good. The property was neatly maintained, room was very clean and spacious. Above all great hospitality by team.

The food was okay, but the rooms are very average to compare for a 5 star experience. It was a comfortable stay not a luxurious one.

Excellent staff, generous hotel providing a free mini bar and a lot more. Breakfast was out of the ordinary and so was the spa. They have a beautiful spa and excellent masseurs. One of the best stays at a 5 star till date.

overall excellent services at oterra hotel .. few feedback’s are below:- 👇🏻 1) during billing the front desk staff could not create bills properly ..! lots of confusion.. however the other guy corrected it later. 2) restaurant & lobby manager stefini is very caring for the guests , she pays personalised attention to each guest ..! 3) at the entrance of the room, very dark color wood work has been done which completely absorbs the light and also no light available at the room entrance corridor. this caused huge problem in identifying the objects at the entrance & also in the half lighted cupboards. plywood must be replaced with light color or more lights to be put there ..! 4) ahara restaurant is good with nice city view, large glass panes & super quick service. thoroughly enjoyed my dinner & drinks there .! 5) on check out front desk staff gave me carry pack of breakfast , it was free of cost & a very pleasant experience. 6) first time ever i saw a hotel who offered to use mini bar item without charging any extra money .. it was too pleasant ..! 7) overall hotel oterra is one of the best servicing hotel i have been to in last 35 years of my career.

1. entry lobby ambience is good 2. ⁠check in and check out process is quick 3. ⁠staff is friendly and sincere 4. ⁠food is good but can get better 5. ⁠staff kavya was very helpful and sincerely considered * room interiors are worn out and looks very old style: needs serious redoing * ⁠bathroom did not have basic vanity and other necessary kits * ⁠room tariff and food price is extremely expensive!!! * ⁠some staff at breakfast restaurant were very helpful but some need to be trained well to communicate better with the guests

Overall design is good which was initially crown plaza. Other than basic maintenance everything is wrong about the property. A group of cowards running this property who can't handle issues raised by guests. Bad food quality. I had food poisoning and had to go toy nearby hospital during my stay. I slipped near the reception area because someone left water on the floor. Restaurant staff work very slowly. Food quantity and variety doesn't justify the price tag. Managers and executive staff are pathetic.

I had stayed in otter a as had meetings in electronic city. Though there was a goof-up in allotting rooms, their superior customer service makes up for any deficiencies. Definitely a must stay if you have engagements in electronic city! the food in their indian fine dining restaurant is awesome

Everything about oterra is of highest standards. The facilities, the people, the food everything us just wonderful. Special mention to the chef parth, arpitha at guest relations, hussain at the concierge. And everyone. Had a very pleasant stay and would recommend it to others also
