We recently stayed at jw hotel and while the rooms were satisfactory, the service left much to be desired. Despite booking a room with specific amenities, the staff failed to provide updates on breakfast timings, a basic expectation in most hotels. Instead of proactive communication, we had to constantly reach out for information. When we addressed our concerns, we were met with delayed responses and inadequate solutions. Additionally, the offer of coffee without sugar exemplified a lack of attention to detail and customer care expected from a five-star establishment. Overall, the service experience did not align with the hotel's prestigious reputation, leaving us feeling disappointed.
