• Heavy rain outside, I’m in an important meeting, and I urgently order medicines & electrolytes (because, you know, health). Zepto guy reaches the security gate. I politely request security to keep it so I can collect later.
• Security says: “No, the guest must come 500 meters in the rain to collect it.”
• Manager proudly adds: “We will not accept anything. Guests must walk and get it.”
I guess in Gokulam Grand’s world, the five-star experience means:
☔ Walk through pouring rain for your own medicine.
📦 Forget convenience — staff here won’t even hold a packet for 5 minutes.
⚡ Hair dryer? Stops twice due to electricity issues.
❄ AC? Fixed temperature. Like it or not.
I’ve stayed in countless 5-star hotels… never seen such “premium” treatment where guest comfort is so proudly ignored.
