The room was spacious and clean. Well maintained and good amenities. Only thing missing was a slipper. Also it would be better if they kept toiletries for two people when the booking is made for two. And also please provide a tube toothpaste instead of a sachet.

The location Food amenities and services were all extremely commendable. The only thing that bothered me was the attitude of one of the restaurant personnel - Faizan. He seemed to show some sort of weird attitude when we opted for A la carte instead of Buffett. For dinner we opted for ala carte and upon billing we found that we had got a 30% discount on dinner charges. Though it sounds pleasing to hear, Mr Faizan dint look at all pleased. But being the host he billed with the discount looking otherwise irritated. Next day for breakfast, again we opted for a la carte as we had not opted for the complimentary breakfast. This guy came up to us urging us to go for the buffet option but we were firm on the a la carte. Again he showed his displeasure and walked out showing a kinda of arrogance while he passed by our table. Otherwise the other hotel personnel were extremely pleasing and thus we could at enjoy the food barring the thought of why this person alone was acting strange.

• Heavy rain outside, I’m in an important meeting, and I urgently order medicines & electrolytes (because, you know, health). Zepto guy reaches the security gate. I politely request security to keep it so I can collect later. • Security says: “No, the guest must come 500 meters in the rain to collect it.” • Manager proudly adds: “We will not accept anything. Guests must walk and get it.” I guess in Gokulam Grand’s world, the five-star experience means: ☔ Walk through pouring rain for your own medicine. 📦 Forget convenience — staff here won’t even hold a packet for 5 minutes. ⚡ Hair dryer? Stops twice due to electricity issues. ❄ AC? Fixed temperature. Like it or not. I’ve stayed in countless 5-star hotels… never seen such “premium” treatment where guest comfort is so proudly ignored. I felt the place was expensive for the price. In the same price we get a free lounge access with food drinks. So wouldn’t recommend price wise as stay was already 8-9K without including food drinks of their sports bar for which we additional paid 4K. Extremely priced other than that Staff was sweet, stay was comfortable, place felt old but food was great as many suggested. Overall 3/5 because of price could be better if thats taken care of by having some inclusions and lounge opens
