loved the experience. perfect place to enjoy with your pet. all the staff loves pets. food is also delicious. rooms are spacious and staff is helpful

The buffet of this hotel is really delicious. They have a lot of varieties in their buffet. Also, the best part about this hotel is it is pet friendly and they have a lot of large area for walking. The staff is really good. They are very helpful with every thing we need.

Accomodation is good but the bed making is not evry day , recycled water is been used , water is not pure some bad smell is coming Reception people are insisting about credit cards before check in so that they can claim any Damages happened in the hotel this is not correct every body will possess the credit cards all the time , AC effect in side the rooms is not proper , not worth to the amount which we paid .

The Hotel was simply amazing and their team is very good in managing clients. Rooms were simply great view and very clean

Comfortable room but there was power fluctuation the entire day and night, leading to power coming and going every few minutes which was obviously very disturbing. The staff didn’t care to inform about this and were indifferent when we raised this issue. Front desk staff was in general very unwelcoming and indifferent

No personal iron in room. On request they informed that it’s already occupied by other guest. Room service is too slow. Lack of hot water in bathroom one day.

We had lunch at the multi cuisine restaurant which was very average. The service was poor. The room was comfortable but they could not provide an iron box which seemed odd for a 5 star hotel
