We stayed in the Ranch Residence section and overall, the experience was okay but not worth the price.
Cons:
1. The Residence building is not inside the main property. It's located outside, and you need to walk 5–10 minutes every time you want to go to the restaurant, pool, or common areas. This definitely affects the vibe and makes you feel disconnected from the resort.
2. There is no buggy/shuttle service provided, so you're walking back and forth multiple times a day.
3. The rooms are small. It feels more like a shared Airbnb-style 2BHK building where they simply allocate one room to you.
4. There is no security outside the residence building and the building itself is not locked at night, which doesn’t feel reassuring.
5. The path to the residence building gets dark at night, and it's uncomfortable to walk alone.
6. The pool was non-operational during our stay.
7. Our room AC stopped working at night, which made sleeping quite uncomfortable.
Positives:
1. The food is excellent. Honestly, we would go back just to eat here.
2. The buffet spread was beautiful and honestly better than many five-star hotels in taste and presentation.
3. Staff was polite and helpful throughout our stay.
Additional Note:
We did the wine tasting experience, which was really nice and definitely worth trying. However, if you're specifically interested in the vineyard tour and want to actually see the vines full of grapes, it's better to visit during January–February, as that's when the vineyard is lush and in season. During other months, the vines are mostly pruned or bare, so the tour may feel underwhelming if you're expecting that classic vineyard look.
