Unhygienic Rooms, Water Availability Problem, Water Leaking Problem from bathrooms , Terrible Experience, Dirty and dusty doors

Stay was good.. neat as per the rate. Unable to modify the check in time. So could not use room be used before the registered time. Options may be given to use 24 hours duration check in check out time for a day .hot water provided. TV may be connected. Water bottle or water fetch may be provided.

Very uncooperative staff & rude behaviour ! Don’t book this Hotel ! In this budget many hotels nearby with more amenities and cleanness !

The rooms were horrible.. No Ac, No Geyser, cockroaches everywhere.. No Intercom, The person at the reception was soo rude, that for every complaint he just gave one answer "You should think before booking" even the bathrooms were very very dirty. Shower wasn't working, Wash Basin was full of dirt. The Most Horrible Place to Stay!

The hotel is very pathetic. No AC working in rooms, No Geyser or Hot water service. Shower not working in the washrooms. Cockroaches all over in the room. on complaining the staff had only one answer.. "U shd have thought before booking" Makemytrip shouldn't list such properties and scam people.. Location is good, Hotel is not maintained well, dusty room, used bed sheet towels, no hot water, odour rooms. No water, food service.

worst ever hotel in the price segment. No cleaneness No TV-tatasky account deactivated No-Water bottle No power backup- I had to use my mobile torch for 3 hrs. No hot water, there is no geyser in bathroom at all. No room service. MakeMyTrip must unlist this hotel. This is MakeMyTrip's responsibility to verify if the facility they mentioned are really available or not. Pathetic experience and MakeMyTrip is some how responsible for it, since iused this platform, will think twice before using it again. Never ever book in this hotel.

The room is nasty and full messed, very uncomfortable bed not wifi connection, the tv was unplugged. CLEANING zoro percent. The hall was Fully uncleaned and the used plate and bowl was kept in next to the door The night staff is very unprofessional and rude. Don t have about the hospitality knowledge. I have submitted my id while check in after some time the called again for the ID. At night the night shift receptionist again ask the id. And don't allowed me to go to the room after arguments I went the room he used some bad word which we not using in any public places or specially in hospitality sector.

1. The room lock is not working, i was in a rush early in the morning for work, and when i came back, i found the door could be opened without key. When i informed this, they were like, "nobody goes there, , so we gave that one, oh kuch gaya to nah i na? " how am i supposed to know. Should i check everything? 2. Toilets are not clean enough. 3. The shower is not working. All the water goes to the wall cause there is a whole blockage. 4. Tv unit is unplugged. Even cable is torn, so even if i want, i can't use it. 5. Ac is just a piece of show. The same remote is unavailable and looks like it's not working. 6. Tube light is continuously bubbling. It's more like party night than resting one. Worst place to stay, i'm so disappointed. It was my first hotel booking Bye-bye.

The property manager rohit was very accommodating and helpful. But the property itself was very dirty. The linens, walls, washrooms nothing was clean.

The hotel was with tv but it was not working the bedsheet and towel was not at-all was clean the hotel was full of rat roaming in hotel the one day was horrible to stay

Cleanliness is poor, bathroom flush not working, after booking i called the hotel person in the given number. No response. After i reached the hotel prasad i showed the booking details the hotel person told the room not available. After half an hour i called to service desk and informed the situation. Then the service desk person called to the hotel number in a separate call and no response for him. Then he told me no response and i told him i am in front of the hotel reception then the service desk person asked to give this call to the hotel person and the hotel person confirmed to service desk person the room available at that time i got very annoyed. This is my feedback please.

The toilet is dirty. The room. Flooring is unclean and sticky. There was not hot water in the bathroom tap. The bathroom had no water from the shower. There was no water bottle. The reception never used to answer the phone call.

No power, No clean, No Internet, No safety and privacy, Ventilation, No AC, Horrible Experience ever
