Perfect place to stay in Bengaluru
Everything from Food, stay to room, was just perfect. I think I have always liked staying in Lemon tree Hotel and after this also my feels are same. Everything from the variey of food options in breakfast, temperature of hot water in shower for bath, the cleaness of room, everything was just perfect. These people are professionals and know how to handle guests.

Good Stay
The property location was good , with easy accessibility and had parking too . The rooms are average , nothing extravagant but still very functional. The room did not have a universal power adapter which was annoying but the front desk provided us with an adapter which solved the problem. The place has a pool which looks pretty decent and a gym that was okay . They have these per hour payment for late check out that is very helpful . We did not opt for breakfast as it was expensive at 1.2 k and we felt it wasn’t worth it as the spread wasn’t great last time we stayed

Excellent Stay

Poor Stay
Lemon Tree Ulsoor is under rennovation and currently in a bad state. The rooms are smelling of paint. Cafeteria is closed, but the area being used is the chinese restaurant on M floor, however waiters hv to keep going up down to serve. Their Chef needs to be changed, coz the food is aweful, tasteless and cold served, plus they take too long to serve. Front office staff is good but cant do much. Housekeeping staff is also very tired and not happy to do any room cleaning, they try to rush in and out. Towels are dirty grey and old. Its sad that a good hotel has deteriorated so much. It really need a change of staff or good training and grooming.

Terrible Stay
First one room was given it was full of mell .How can they give a smoking room to family.Immediately they changed to 10 th floor..@ 11.30 they started AC machines on the terry’s it was full of sound @ 11.45 night they shifted to another machine but there was sound bit less@ 12.00 a.m they asked to change the room.Imagine how we feel. 1 Phone was not working the other was disturbed The worst hotel I stayed in my life with family

Food was average. Dosa was soggy and sambhar was below average Room service response was pathetic. Booked a wake up call at 6.45 am but no one woke up. Called front desk for support twice but no one came

Good Stay
Hotel location is very good and close to cant railway station and commercial street. Hotel staff were very responsive and polite. Food quality for breakfast is very good. Room needs bit of renovation. No valet parking.

Good Stay
Location is good. Not too far from the city center. Good food. Adequate parking. Good rooms. Toiletries are good. The staff could be more customer oriented in my opinion. They are doing a good job but could be better. Example: I reached 2 hours earlier than my check-in time. I waited patiently. Meanwhile, I decided to have a coffee. I paid for it. But it would have been nice for a manager to step in and offer the coffee complimentary. Not that I mind spending money. In fact I extended my stay and also heavily used room service. I just wish that they adopted a higher standard when it comes to the customer experience. They would have gained another star for what it cost them the coffee.

MMT has charged 1200 plus as service charge in the invoice given by the hotel. Whereas the same was not informed when it was booked on the website.

Room and Service not worth the price
We selected a Deluxe Room and the per night cost was 10k+ without breakfast. The room that was given to us initially was terrible with chipped floor tiles, dusty shelves and stained bath tub & wash basin. After complaining we were shifted to another room which was comparatively better. But sometime later a bad odour starting coming from the AC. It took atleast 4 reminders to get an ironing table. Quality of beddings and towels were of poor quality. No hand towels were kept.

Comfortable Stay with Great Service – Perfect for Business Travelers
I stayed at this hotel for three nights during a recent business trip, and overall, it was a very pleasant experience. The location is excellent – close to the business district. The check-in process was quick and smooth, and the staff Specially Noushin (FO) and Fini (F&B) were friendly and professional throughout my stay. Overall, I would definitely recommend this hotel for business travelers looking for comfort, convenience, and attentive service. I’ll be happy to stay here again on my next trip.
