Room not clean and staf olso behave like onner Ac not working properly

Room is Average and the service is terrible. totally upset with the service. There was no chair, glass, towels or amenities available at room. Continuous power failure and even we were stuck in lift for almost 10 minutes.

Overall experience was good, supportive staff, manager and room service boy. Hotel is located at a good place 👍🏼

Geyser was not working, tap was broken but service was quick. Otherwise, experience was good. Specifically the food quality was very good

Couple of really odd things: First of all, google maps location is wrong. they made me walk 800 metres despite me calling beforehand to confirm. Also: 1. The room was dirty 2. In the small window of check in I had, they literally made me come out & double check docs again 3. laundry, doormat, bedsheet were stained

Not completely cleaned and cigarette odour stuck in the room, wet mat for bathroom not provided. Other than that Room was good and service also good

Room was very clean and staff also responsible. Nice location nice hotel. In yelahanka Newtown very nice hotel.

Nice stay , but small rooms.

smelling bed covers cockroach in wash room is still manageable but non existing room service or any Service for that matter .. I booked with Complimentary breakfast and communicated them during check in and reminded in the night.. Next day morning no one picked up the phone..lifts power was kept off..one young fellow sleeping in the reception when asked about breakfast he just closed his eyes and went back to sleep.. Strongly not recommended

It’s located in good area and only parking is an issue as it’s in the main road. Other wise it s having both veg and non veg hotel in the vicinity. So good experience

Awesome service very neat and clean rooms at ideal location. It is on main road. The staff of the front office is very humble abed customer friendly

Front office executive was good the room was not clean there were red ants in room tv showing recharge not done and asked towels and they provide 1 single towel for both worst service bad maintenance

Pathetic because the owner of the property asked us to vacate the room even before 12pm which was the actual check out time mentioned during my booking on the app. Further, he spoke with no respect over the call while on speaker mode with the receptionist.
