The stay was exceptional, characterized by high standards of hygiene and commendable hospitality. Additionally, complimentary desserts and cake were cherry on the top during our stay.

Food was very average and the breakfast area was very ill managed. It was surely lacking the Taj experience

The hotel is good but it does not have amenities up to the level that a Taj 5 star should have. It also does not justify the price of the room and board. Too expensive. However it is decent and the staff and food is good in the restaurant. The room service food is however terrible.

Chef Saikat was a highlight for us as he gave us personalised attention at he coffe shop. Rooms are spacious and clean and comfortable. Noisy party at the ground floor continued till 1 and when we complained reception asked us, two women, to move to a room on the opposite side at 1 in the night, instead of stopping the loud noise.

The property, the service and food everything was top notch

We. Booked double room where as when we checked in we found items like sandals water glasses water bottles kept only for one person when we complained to the house keeping we were told the room is for single occupancy Poor show

The Front Desk staff at Taj MG Road, Bengaluru, led by Bhuvan, were particularly kind and courteous. The housekeeping staff and those with the concierge were also helpful and efficient. Our inroom dining experience was a delight. All in all, we had an excellent time at the Taj. 🙏

The stay was quite comfortable for all of us. We had a good dining experience. The staff was overall quite polite and courteous. They ensured that our stay goes you know up to the mark. It was super comfortable, and I would definitely recommend the families who are with their kids to overall want to have a wonderful time with their family and kids.

This hotel is one of my regular stays when in Bangalore. The rooms are beautifully done, Garden Suites are really good. Breakfast is good. A shopping mall with a big modern supermarket is just across the street.

rooms were nice, morning breakfast is too good, staff give lot of respect to All the guests.to reach hotel is little difficult because of bangalore traffic.
