While hospitality was good , the food was pathetic.. The dishes lack the tase and coffee was curdled…

Property seems to be old and not well maintained, felt like a small priced hotel, lifts don't work, keys didn't work,bathtub was not good, towels were old, will not stay again in this property

Property is good. But the buffet not worth to the cost. Food is expensive and not worth. Staffs and cleanliness is good. Except food not worth for money all other facilities are ok. TV provided room is not having any channels more than 10 nos , they have not even activated all channels. It's not worth paying room for even basic tv channel not activated.

Staff is unprofessional.Even for medicines they say we cannot send to room.

It was a decent hotel. I was expecting a little better experience from ITC Group hotel. There was no proper parking lot. Only one choice of restaurant. Other than that the staff of extremely courteous and well behaved. The building needed some upkeep, one can tell it’s an aging property. Location though is very peaceful, the AC in the room was blowing cold air even after is set the temperature higher, I’m not sure about that. Infrastructure needs to be looked at.

Very good stay and good facility and very good attention of staff and overall maintenance is good and rooms are well maintained and top notch best for business stays and well maintained premises and very good stay in Bangalore please highly recommended Will visit again and this the 3rd time i going here best stay in Bangalore

The internet didn’t work for both days some issue with user id and password. Staff slow to respond.

Drilling going above my room. huge continuous noise. couldn't work one of the worst stays ever. was continuous

It’s an okay property for the price paid. Ala carte food & the breakfast needs improvement. Also, the cleanliness of the tables & service during rush breakfast needs attention.

The rooms were spacious with all the amenities. The hotel gave 5 star vibes. The food was ok. I only had breakfast. The staff was very polite and attentive. Location of the hotel is fabulous.

Rooms and hallways should be renovated. Breakfast - Food was decent while the beverages can be improved.

The property is well maintained & centrally located. The rooms are clean with good bed lenin. Overall a good experience to stay at the mentioned property.
