Excellent Stay
ITC Windsor was one the oldest and iconic hotel in the heart of Bangalore...with British sytle interiors and 5 star luxry combined with great hospitality. The food was good and rooms where comfortable. They provide the big menu of morning breakfast and eveing they have free drinks and snacks session for the guest. It was a good family break and value for money if you want to enjoy the 5 star luxury stay....

Hi Good Evening Your Hotel is Good Accomdation. But Response Not up to the Mark & if we calling we in out side calling phone connection of Reception is not picking the phone calls so very poor Communication so update this.... But price is Also very High...

My stay at ITC Hotel was nothing short of wonderful. The moment I walked in, I was welcomed with warmth and hospitality that instantly made me feel at home. Pathetic hospitality and most inconsiderate behaviour
The hotel and its staff made my stay terrible. All in all they are a blot to the hospitality industry. I am seriously doubting the behaviour and the training’s provided. Good Stay
we had a good experience of overnight stay in ITC windsor. The room was neat and clean with very serene surroundings. Great hospitality by the staff. The best part was the food, each dish was authentic to its core and had great taste. we stayed in the Manor club room which was advertised as the one with a balcony but we didn't get the balcony room. Deducting a star for this reason. Otherwise it was a great overal experience.

Value for money
The property location & area is excellent. The room is neat and staff courtesy is very good . The food quality is very good and the spread is very elaborate in every restaurant. .

Excellent Stay
The property was maintained in a very nice way. The room was very clean and the mattresses and pillows where fresh and soft and the quality of linen used was excellent. I really enjoyed using the room and the 8 to 8, which was there was very convenient so that we can go in the morning, finish the meeting and come back in the evening. The meeting in the hotel was also nice and the banquet. Lunch was excellent for a vegetarian food that I had in comparison to many of the places. I wish they maintain this quality for us to come back again and again.
