The property is in the heart of the city. Architecture is inspired by Mysore palace. Actually we feel like living in a beautiful palace. The structure and the surrounding Zen garden ate beautiful and excellent. Services are very nice. Food is very tasty and has very good variety and of excellent quality and tasty. The Onam celebration and Onam sadya was excellent. A very memorable experience. The booking through Make my trip was easy and got very good discounts. At the leela palace we had the best time. From the outdoor and indoor library bar drink sessions in the night, to the balcony view right from our room. Guest services were the best, available 24x7. My wife was not feeling well at 5am in the morning and we trusted the guest services to bring us a hot water bag and some medicine from a pharmacy nearby which they did so promptly. They took really good care of us and we even got a room upgrade to their executive suites which had 2 balconies, both with spectacular views for those evening tea times! We booked a spa where we were very well taken care of and attended to. 100% would recommend. We booked Jamavar for our anniversary night dinner and had the best food, thanks to Gaurav our host for the night. Gave us a cake to celebrate as well, which was really tasty by the way. Breakfast is really diverse and one can always find something to indulge in for having a good wakeup meal. We didn’t even need to go out of Leela for any sightseeing, the property itself is very beautiful. One can truly spend 4 days in here and it will go by really quickly.

This was my first time to Leela Palace, Bangalore and it was a splendid experience. Leela is the synonym of Opulance and Luxury and we experienced it first hand. Right from the greetings to the send off Leela has been phenomenal. I would like to specially call out the name of Marnin Rose Martin who was our customer service executive or I should call her a Rockstar. She made sure our stay was comfortable and perfect. I had made some special requests to the hotel which were taken care of. She even helped me in resolving some bill related concerns even after we checked out. So for having people like her, Leela will always stand tall. Loved the food, location, hospitality and luxury provided by Leela. Would love to visit Leela again in near future.

Our stay at Leela Palace Bengaluru was brilliant. From the gorgeous property to the staff, everything was surreal. The room was spacious & tastefully done and the hotel in itself was a dream Special thanks to Vartika to ensure we got a late check-out as well as a special mothers day gift. Overall it was a splendid time at Leela.

The stay at Leela palace Bengaluru was amazing! Their rooms and ambience is exquisite!! The restaurants services are very professional, and they serve delicious food!! Particularly, the library room and zlb23 stood apart!!! Wonderful !!

Had an excellent stay. Totally recommend it. Staff at welcome area, reception area, housekeeping, restaurants staff, bf buffet all were 10/10. Very warm n memorable stay. Their italian restaurant was amazingggg

It was a great property with nice room size. Breakfast options were great and tasty. The only improvement area is room service, you need to ask for everything twice like water/coffee.

We had checked into leela bangalore for new year eve. Rooms and hotel lobby are great but little rusty and old fashioned. Restaurants options are fantastic and nice little lawn

This hotel showcases indian hospitality at its best, with warm service, stunning ambience and elegant aesthetics. While the buffet was tasty, its variety could be improved to match top-class hotels. Overall, a memorable and welcoming experience.

The staff is not well trained. Check in, in room service, breakfast; at all places there was inordinate delay and lack of ownership shown. The building and rooms are great, but service equal to a 3 star hotel
