Excellent Stay
Although it was a short trip, had a pleasant and wonderful stay, shivani helped us with a smooth check-in, and tannoy helped us settle into our suite. The breakfast buffet had a wide spread and plenty of options. Overall great stay, would definitely recommend.

A great place to stay in banglore. A must visit
coupleThis is the best hilt-on brand hotel in banglore. Had a wonderful stay wished to stay more days but next time fr sure. Very good staff behaviour. Mr saurav is a very good and amazing staff in the hotel. Very clean corridors very well maintained carpets. Very fascinating hotel big rooms with bathtubs and kitchen. Amazing location good food. Very good and fast housekeeping services. Food and the resturant is perfect. Will surely visit this hotel again. Thank you.

Worst service and food is not at all good
Horrible experience, the washroom is not cleaned when i went i had saw this water in washroom and requested the housekeeping boy to wipe it out he added towels to the floor, every time i went to the washroom it made me uncomfortable visiting this hotel. And coming to food, the food you can order it from outside even though i ordered from the restaurant as room dining in that they had a menu and i ordered dishes such as Nellore chepala pulusu and murgh butter masala those were worst, especially nellore chepala pulusu had made with tomato rather than tamrind and mango and it was worst just like tomato soup. Please for the god sake don't eat food here esepcially if your are south indian

good hospitality… rooms are much bigger compared to other hotel, good for a family stay… kids have enough room to play and sleep… there is also a play area for kids, good food… cost wise also affordable compared to other hotels in the same category.. i am also thankful for front desk and duty manager for extending courtesy and pleasantries on my date of birthday. thanks team hilton.

groupoverall a good stay only set back was while we were having our get together late mid night, the floor managers came to interrupt for a while to ask us to slow our volumes down for the television in the hall rest all fine until they charged for smoking kind enough not charge as mentioned rest all fine 😅
