Excellent Stay
It was all good. All the staff were very helpful, courteous & always ready to assist with a hearty smile. I really loved their hospitality in every way . Loved the property, the amenities & location too. Sanjita escorted me to the alloted suite & kept assisting me whenever I needed anything even when she was off-duty. She was such a nice girl, never let me feel I'm away from home! Looking forward to visit Leela hotels again & again.

A beautiful Hotel catering to all your needs.
Great and convenient location,excellent food, ample amenities and quick efficient services .Due to it’s proximity to the Airport we were able to beat the Bangalore traffic and reach the Airport on time.

Poor Stay
Hotel was not accomodating of my requests and the didn't provide all the utilities for two people. I had to call the reception again and again at 2:00 am(since that's the time I Checked in). It was my partner's birthday I asked them to pickup the cake and place a card. They had miss spelled the name on birthday card even though I recited it during the call. Special day ruined by hotel

Spacious clean rooms and courteous staff
We are a family of 3 and we had booked our stay for 3 nights at Leela Bharatiya through MMT. Our stay was pleasant right from the pre check-in to check-out. We had requested an early check-in and it was possible for them to accommodate. We also had specific diet requirements and the hotel ensured that it was taken care off by making those specific items as we wanted. The chefs Venkat and Kuldeep and another chef whose name I am unable to recall right now..sorry about that..he took care of our dinner requirements on 2 occasions..made sure that our preferences were taken care of. The staff on the floor were courteous and always had an eye on what the guests would be looking out for. The food preparations were good. Since we had diet restrictions we did not try their buffet spread much, but we are sure that they would be equally good. The front desk staff were courteous with Sanjita as the guest relations executive through whom we could get all our specific requirements taken care of. The room was spacious and well maintained. The bathroom was adequately furnished with all that one would need. All in all, a very pleasant stay and would definitely recommend to friends.

Excellent ,luxurious stay
This property once again exceeded all my expectations and has been a beacon of exemplary hospitality and outstanding service. What is most impressive? Is the attitude of every staff member that we interacted with - Suhasi, Dipankar, Mingma, Sanjita, Mohit, Akanksha... the selection of food and beverages was excellent, and we had to compliment the chef on his choice of sushi and Asian cuisine. It is really enjoyable to walk around the other parts of the township and the proximity to the mall is a key advantage. Overall, it was a memorable experience and the gestures shown by the staff. When I mentioned that we were celebrating a special occasion has truly touched me. It was indeed above and beyond.

This is just not a luxury hotel..this has become our luxury home. We went there to celebrate my wife's birthday and to our pleasant surprise, the team made it so perfect that we were overjoyed. The room was decorated, the restaurant treated us with cake. Each person came and greeted ma'am. What else do you need. Top of it, food was excellent, breakfast was sumptuous and behavior was impeccable. We had a memorable stay. Highly recommended for everyone.

A welcoming stay nestled in a green area with great buffet
Always wanted to stay at Leela Bhartiya City and have a fun day out at the mall. The hotel has a special entrance within the mall. The staff were really nice. The reception team were great and the ground staff were warm. Cycling: We borrowed their cycles and cycled in the evening and the morning. buffet: The food was brilliant. Everything was made with love. however the breakfast felt much blander and weaker after a great dinner. Issues: We did face some issues with the Reception staff not really knowing what all is encompassed in a package, what the timings for High Tea were, what was inclusive/paid. We got varying info from 2 reception members, the floor manager and the lounge server. all had diff information which was very confusing. We faced wifi connectivity issues but the reception team dealt with it promptly
