Excellent Stay
It was a great stay And great service with amazing ambience It was my parents'first time in a 4 star hotel and they enjoyed it the most . We loved the food , location and the bathroom amenities We took club pavilion room and the extra bathroom was like cherry on top 😁 And remaining the hospitality and stuff I would give 10/10

Excellent Stay
The hotel is located in a prime location in central Bangalore. The best part is the charges are very reasonable compared to it’s five star outstanding ambience and facilities. Hotel is well maintained with neat and hygiene. Though overall rating is excellent, Food taste is only good.

clean and Authentic Place to stay. only one issue we faced was for bathroom outlet water. was no way for water to go out.

Rooms and Service has a lot of scope for improvement. Front end not courteous enough. Better hotels available at lesser price.

Nice hotel for the price . 2 lights in the room were not working . Food menu was good . Taste was an average. Breakfast spread was resonable . Staff is helpful and proactive and service was excellent

Facility was not up to mark. Bathroom area didn’t have floor mat to wipe wet leg after bath, and floor was slippery, and wall paint chipping off

Decent Stay
Stay was okay rooms are old and needs some revamp. Flooring was wooden and it was creating crackling sound while walking and it was very annoying. Breakfast buffet was decent.

Average Stay
Hotel location is in midst of city but it is also heavy traffic location Furnitures and fitting in the room is very old for example doors of toilet are jammed sometime, electric points (2 out of 3) were not working, lighting system is also not smooth. Room is smaller in size and was feeling crammed with one suitcase also. There is not much closet or holder for luggage keeping. Overall ambience in room is not very good and deserves maximum 3 star hotel designation. Good at breakfast was ok but not a lavish spread. Although with the room price it is still value for money considering it is 5 star facility but overall it deserves not more than 3 or 4 stars
