very fine. I am happy. every things ok Cleanliness, behaviour fine. Only one problem after get down from cab go to reception with luggage on small high altitude.

I stayed for 6 days at Icon express by Bhagini and it was a good experience. Room,service,food everything was good except wifi. Though informed multiple times, they didn't resolve the wifiissue. I had a great stay at this hotel. The rooms were very clean and well-maintained, with daily housekeeping provided. The AC worked perfectly, ensuring a comfortable environment throughout. I appreciated the complimentary instant tea and coffee — a nice touch for a quick refreshment. The room also offered a nice view overlooking the metro line and main road, which was quite lively and convenient. Overall, a smooth and pleasant experience. Highly recommended!

ICON Express by Bhagini exceeded my expectations. Friendly staff, delicious food, and a lovely banquet hall. Perfect for events and stay in Bangalore.

check in was quick, but bed was not good, also bed was not big enough for a family of 4, tv and dish was not working.

Overall, my stay was satisfactory. However, I felt that the bathroom could benefit from a more thorough cleaning to enhance the overall experience.

The room services are very good and quick. The staff was very friendly and allowed us to leave our bags with them after our checkout. However, my stay was not very satisfactory as the room and washroom had a stench. The washroom basin was clogged and water took time to flow out. The exhaust in the washroom was also not working. The flush in the washroom of the restaurant downstairs was also not working.

All the services and food items are good. Especially it's near by metro to roam around the city. Nice and calm rooms.
