there is no heater in the bathroom. that is only the issue. otherwise good.

Stayed in a single-person deluxe AC room, checked in at 2:20 AM for a one-day stay. No bottled water provided, only vague mention of some filter water kept somewhere in the room. The room had a strong smoke smell. The washroom was very small and extremely dim due to poor lighting. The toilet was placed right against the wall, making it very uncomfortable to use—unless you're Spiderman, it's nearly impossible to sit properly. There was a jug and two empty cups, possibly for the filter water, but nothing clear. I even offered to pay for a one-hour extension, but they still insisted on charging me for a full day. Overall, not a comfortable or customer-friendly experience. Even if you don’t find any other stay, I’d strongly suggest skipping this one—it’s not worth it.

Location is fine, Room Maintenance is not good and bathroom floor was leaking with water. Not good for families and it's okay for bachelor's. Interiors are okay for the price range.

Small room couldn't sleep because the light was blinking and i couldn't turn off the light and couldn't control the speed of the fan. No tv and wifi facility as listed in the make my trip page. Mattress was comfortable and check in and staff's are nice.

The room was facing the road and was too noisy as there were no windows or insulation. I could not sleep through the night.

I must appreciate that they received me early in the morning but that was the only good thing. Dirty sheets, bad towels, broken shower. Overall a disappointing experience.

Very bad experience. Room managers behaviour is very bad. Charging me extra money for my small baby age 1. 5 years
