This was a old out date lodge with no name board out side the hotel and they faked the property pic displayed with New and clean lodge in MakeMyTrip app. Kindly remove the booking of this lodge at the earliest to protect the customer from travelling to this trap.

I stayed in room 38 of hotel chaitanya and i have to say, the experience was quite disappointing. The fan couldn't be controlled, which made the room uncomfortable. There was no bucket in the bathroom, no shower, which was inconvenient. Additionally, the bathroom was exceptionally small. Overall, i would rate this room as subpar and would not recommend it to others.

The room condition was horrendous. Some of the staffs behaviour was pretty bad. Requested for dustbin, but didn't get. The curtain with stand fell on my head. Windows were broken.

1st day they provide only one room instead of 2 then nobody provide drinking water. Bathroom is not clean no hot water for bath room service is terrible overall i never want to stay in that hotel.
