No cellphone network availability on the entire all the floors above 3 floors, poor Wi-Fi facility, only 1 or 2 litter water geyser installed, so no sufficient hot water for taking bath, complementary break-fast starts at 8.30 am, but majority of people leaving before 8am, so no use of that. very small room, no table provided, so you can't keep your laptop for charge.

The room was very average compared to what was shown in the picture. Service was also very slow and every small thing that should have been in the room had to be called for. Hlasses, towels etc was not provided in the room. We had to ask for it and they have it to us almost after 2-3 calls. Handwash was not available at the hotel at all. When asked they said that they don't provide handwash and we can use shampoo instead. Overall disappointed with the stay.

The room was pathetic. I got a lower category room, where u open your window and you find duct with pigeons. They ahow huge windows , but you get something very different. They have smart tv , but only few local channels work.

The property is located at a prime spot, but I noticed several issues during my stay. The beds were not properly cleaned, and only one towel was provided, which also had stains. The TV was not in good condition, and there was no kettle to heat water. Additionally, a ₹20 bottle of water was being charged at ₹42. The walls had damp patches, and both the room and the floor felt moist.”

One of the Worst Stays I’ve Had – Avoid This Place

this experience was unacceptable. The bed had visible stains, which was extremely disturbing and unhygienic. On top of that, the room was filthy—there were cockroaches crawling around and garbage that clearly hadn’t been cleaned properly. It felt like the room hadn’t been maintained at all. For the price they charge, this is completely unacceptable. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone unless basic cleanliness and hygiene are addressed seriously.
