The location of the hotel is good & easy to locate. Hotel room is neat, clean and spacious. AC, TV is working fine. Reception desk employee is nice and very courteous. Did not had food so cannot comment on that.

The AC in the room was not working properly Firstly the remote was not there in the room, we had to call the reception and ask for it In the delhi summers this is not treated as a good gesture for the guests

I stay there only on 18th night because condition of room including toilet was horrible. So many cockroaches are there. Bedsheet, towels etc. were not wash properly. Please returned my balance amount if possible after your deduction.

It was very comfortable stay good room but we did liked the visitors policy because we had a wedding in delhi and my family staying in other place they want to spend some time with us but the staff was not allowed us to the room that was very disappointing we stayed in many hotels but they allowed rest was okk

Bathroom not clean bed not at-all comfortable dirty room unpleasant smell dirty bed sheets no service. As u can see how dirty the room

It’s completely terrible

As much as they focus on the look of the building from outside, and the ambience, they must start focusing on cleanliness. The bed linens were not clean, had multiple spots, need to be changed. The washroom wasn't clean, there were water marks on the mirrors and yellowish marks in the pot. No towels/ toiletries provided. No glasses in the room. Everything one has to ask for. The staff was courteous and prompt. So service was not an issue. Not worth the price

Very poor experiance. Room was like hostel. No towel n tissue paper provided. Very poor room service n even they asked me to get plates from kitchen urself. Even at night somebody knock at your door n disturbs your sleep n no action taken by hotel.

I came only for 3 hours and air conditioner was not working so couldn’t sleep. It was a very bad experience with this hotel.

It was comfortable stay and very near to janakpur west metro station. Rooms were clean and staff was very friendly.

I stayed for 2 nights. Worst rooms, very dusty, teared bed sheets with dirty smell. Staff don't cooperate. F9t anything if we call 4 times there will be one person yo come and listen and go. Receptionist on my last day while checkout is really arrogant, it was something like she had given room at free of cost. There is no match with photos in google and displayed online. There is no such place which satisfies a customer in hotel.

There was no water in the room, no towel in the room, even room was not properly cleaned, water came after multiple reminder, overall stay was very poor.

It was okie but internet codes use to get expire which was little annoying but overall it was fine to stay with no disturbance
