Terrible Stay- Unhelpful Staff & Unlivable Room
We checked into the hotel on March 5th but our experience was extremely disappointing. Our room had a terrible sewer stink, making it unlivable. When we approached the reception, the staff and management were unhelpful and rude. Instead of addressing the issue they simply stated that since we booked online, they couldn’t do anything. They made no effort to resolve the problem, leaving us with no choice but to check out the same day. The hotel was poorly managed and the staff showed no concern for guest comfort. Definitely not recommended for anyone looking for a pleasant stay.

Poor Stay
The staff was not very cordial. For example we asked for a spoon and they simply denied. Second thing, the room was noisy as annoying noise came from the surroundings.

Very well managed place, safe place and co operative staff. Hotel is newly renovated and things are in good condition.

Poor Stay
Rooms were not clean there was dust everywhere on the window, tables tv unit there was no battery in the remote pillows covers were torn i stayed at this property last year and i was very happy with the service so decided to stay here again but it's so disappointing to see they have downgrade so much staf was good and helpful but property and rooms were not well maintained during room service floor was not cleaned just bed was made and dustbins cleared

Average Stay
Room was dirty, table was too small to have food, milk powder given in tea-kit was expired one year ago, they gave only 500 ml complimentary water for a guest/day

Not up to the standard
Stay could have been better. Couple of issues with mattress, ac cooling and bathroom shower. At this price point, one expects better and comfortable stay.

Poor Stay
Room was on the ground floor right next to the reception. No ventilation inside the room and ac was super low. When asked the staff they said it’s the best we can do.

businessRoom was not that clean as expected. It was average stay. Food was good not delicious. House keeping staff was cooperative.

Poor Stay
The room given was very small however the charges are high for that locality. In that budget we can get much better rooms in the area. There were no window or ventilation in the room. Also, bed was not comfortable.

Good staff food quality is good and cheaper and everything is near by to hotel everyone must try these hotel to stay if anyone is coming to delhi
