Hotel Southgate

The location was convenient, especially being close to IIT Delhi. However, the food and living conditions need improvement - menu items unavailable, insects in the bathroom, and sticky towels. Staff were hospitable though.

it was clean but it smelled....i told reception but nothing was done .. breakfast was ok,. over all ok experience

Rooms are a little old and wear and tear is visible. Though stay was okay with helpful staff. Breakfast could also be better.

it's one of the Safest and Comfortable hotel. I had stayed in Sarover Portico which is like 5 mins from this property , but this property is awesome. staff is on Toes every second to attend all guest needs. I had a seminar in there conference room. All food and Rooms are great. the hotel is Having guards around. The owner is always at Reception to keep a check and it feels great seeing owner doing the same. we will visit soon.

Property is in the middle of the city and near to certain government establishment. Food is ok.

The hotel is in green park area at the centre of the triangle hauz khas, aiims and iit. It is a good hotel, neat and clean, no disturbances, the rooms and corridors co-loured in a way you feel corridor also part of the room when you step out. The breakfast is simple but enough, only issue you need to wait long for omelet, if you want. Plenty of taxis and autos available outside so easy to transport, and metro station also near by. Staff behaviour in general is good. Car parking area is small.

I feel comfortable say in the hotel. All the staff are good to attend my queries. They are kind and helped me to battement my one day sight seeing plan. )

Great stay, room was very spacious with nice decore. Cordial staff and helpful reception. No complaints. Request for delayed check out was considered though with additional payment. Highly recommended !

Rooms are good and specious. Hotel is clean with all room facilities. It is near to centre places in delhi. Room service needs improvement. Time taken for simple requirements is more than half hour.

The rooms and bathroom are not worth the money that we spend. Staff & Service is fine, they help you with anything you require like - 24 hrs in room dining, room service is good and timely it's just that 1) the rooms are not pretty 2) TV is from 1990's era. 3) Furniture looks very old and not maintained

the hotel was all clean , and the staff was wonderful, very friendly,understanding, and supportive. good food 😋 perfect setvice. would highly recommend for stay.. perthetic stay! no cleaning , no maintaince, things were not in the room... we need to keep.on asking for things in room. service was perthetic. they served spoiled food the washroom window had no privacy as half it was open and can be seen through

The hotel is decent for its price point, plus the location is good. Breakfast is also decent. They also do eggs for you on request.

Service was great but no grooming utilities included. The washroom was great and all but was charged 3 rupees more from the displayed price of an item.

Excellent services. Clean comfortable rooms with all amenities, and very polite and helpful staff. The breakfast spread was ready on the dot at 7. 30 and while not extensive, was good enough.

Location is excellent with all required amenities nearby. Restaurants, markets, public transport are all very near. Rooms are clean and the staff are polite and helpful. The food portions are decent and the taste is also ok. The menu has a wide variety and is available 24 hours. I would recommend the hotel for a pleasant and comfortable stay.
