This is the worst hotel you can have in this area. Since property is new so you will get to see good photos online. But services and staff behaviour wise it's the worst.
Breakfast - no buffet, ordered article they will get from outside. Services are extremely slow.
Nearby area would scare you sometimes.
Even if you check in 2 hours early they would ask for half the money of the Day.
No credit card machine, as they think it's better that way.
Before you enter the room or check the room they want you to make complete payment as if customer is a thief and would not pay them later.
Towels and bedsheets smell too much chlorinated, unbearable.
Washroom was not clean when I entered the room.
Rooms deep cleaning they do not understand.
Reception people behaviour was pathetic, do not understand what is customer service.
Bathroom glass was broken, I think owner didn't had money to repair it.
Card given to you for room entry will have only 24 hrs validity, so it's your duty to get it validated.
They will take complete money on check in but on check out invoice will be generated only at 12pm, because only one person generates invoice and he comes at 12pm.
It's so stupid of them as check out time is 11am but bill would be generated at 12pm. Would customer wait for you for 1 hour to generate bill.
They didn't even had paper to print something, can't say anything more to it.

Our billing system operates professionally invoice is always generated at check-out, not check-in, which is standard in the hospitality industry. Printer and paper facilities are always available. Early check-in is subject to availability and may carry standard charges, clearly mentioned at the front desk.
We do not serve breakfast from outside. Our kitchen provides freshly prepared meals, and our staff works with sincerity to offer timely service. Room key cards are programmed securely, and our team is always ready to revalidate if needed.
