The hotel staff at the front desk in the morning shift was rude. There is no cleanliness and garbage is also not picked up at times. There was also water leakage from the roof and TV wasn’t working. Even after complaining, they didn’t bother at all

We had a very pleasant stay. The hotel is also close to metro and major happening places of the city. Staff was also very friendly. I would definitely recommend this place for a comfortable and a pleasant stay.

The hotel is at a decent location. It seems clean too. I was served cold water when I entered the hotel. Staff is respectful. But in the room there were a lot of cockroaches. I had to keep the lights on just to keep them away. Also, room was very small for the price I paid for it.

It was a good stay. Staff was really helpful. Got some ants in the room. Just the taste of food was not that good.

The location of the property was okay given it was in paharganj which is a very very crowded area, the food was not that great and the worst part was that there was no indication on the hotel page on mmt that there was no restaurant in the hotel, we had to walk to another hotel about 600m away to get breakfast which i think is very misleading as they should put it up on their hotel page.
