The room & the bathroom at the time of check-in was not clean or moped. There was dirt on the floor and the towel that was provide n was having stain. Even the pill o cases was having stains. The bathroom floor was having footprint.

I booked 3 rooms for 6 people from 30th oct to 31st oct the rooms are totally messed up. The rooms are very dirty and unhygienic. The room walls are totally damaged. The bathroom door can not be locked in any room. Ac and heater are not working properly. Very dirty bedsheets are there. Lack of dishtv box for tv are theke. There is nothing good there. Same scenario for every room there. Horrible experience.

I was in my room and suddenly boy came and continuously nicking room and did not wait for single minute and they have only one remote of ac he was disturbing me again an again for remote what the hell was that behaviour i am totally disappointed. They were not polite and at the time of reception there was no hand senitizer staff without mask totally unsecured money wasted and health could be in trouble.

When I reached Hotel, they already gave my room to someone else and offered me room in another Hotel, horrible and dirty. As I already paid while booking and asked for refund, bunch of guys as management denied and I lost all my money and stayed on railway Station. I recommend beware of this Hotel.
