When we entered our room, it was not clean & had a plenty of mosquitoes. However, food services and Hospitality were excellent.

They charged extra 600 Rupees for my daughter And every time we need hot water it was not available when we asked about it they first we have to ask for hot water then they will start geezer and after 20-25 minutes we will get warm water It's so strange for me and my family

Good place to stay near New Delhi Railway Station with friendly staff.But i would like to humbly advice the senior administraton of RCG group to increase the no of channels in the room TVs which will be very helpful for the guests especially the guests who intend to stay for longer durations.

Hotel was too bad. Washroom was stinking and there were small cockroaches, even staff was not very polite and friendly. Pathetic experience!

The hotel was good but service was very slow. Whenever we are trying to place any order for food. They were directly saying that it will take so much time so that we could cancel it automatically, they said this even for the tea.

The stay was okay but the people at the reception were terribly rude and biased towards men. We were all girls and they gave us the shabbiest room next to the kitchen. When asked for a receipt, they asked for another 120 rs and we’re always rude
