I reached hotel at 2 PM. Hotel is nearly 2 KM from New Delhi railway station. Rooms are good, comfortable. The prices of menu is little high but overall good stay. I rated 4 out of 5 for this hotel.

There were two with different shifts, both are in their over 50 age. But stop they have something in common the arrogance. The first one despite having IDs and reason he looks with the suspicious eyes like we have done something wrong and who is he to looks like this. He took around 15 mins to just complete our paperwork and the second one also did not provide any help when asked for a single thing. Otherwise the place is OK and the rooms are average with good WiFi and cold water service. One thing just provide better hospitality to your customers and by customers I mean all customers not just the foreigners.
We have stayed in many hotels with same price range but have not seen any terrible receptionists than these.
