Hotel Prince Palace (The Green)

The windows are broken and the bathroom is not clean. The bathroom is dirty. The WiFi is not working.

Filthy toilet, filthy bed, soiled floors, room is full of spider webs and cockroaches. Not cleaned for ages. Absolute hell.

The Hotel is too far from the railway station and the location of hotel is in the quite dangerous area of New Delhi where all drinkers, smokers and there during midnight. Which is quite unsafe for the family stay. It is my genuine advised please don’t book this hotel and also don’t use make my my trip aap it gives us wrong and false hotels brief description

you will never get any response from the hotel side. the map location will lead you to a local market. 💯👍for merchants there who directed us to the hotel location. even I had to ask a begger to get through the conjusted way to a ruining old building. reaching there I saw a owner who was in a state cannot reply a phone call. and the staff likes to rest on floor always. 😡😡😡😡😜😡

I am very disappointed.This is a very dirty hotel, it is clean only from the front but the rooms are very dirty and everything is broken, the shower, taps and many other things. The beds are also dirty, no one comes to clean the room, nor does anyone come to change the bedsheets and many other things.

Dirty rooms and bathroom ... location from the map is different ...I don’t suggest to take this hotel to stay

The property was very bad, the room was not clean, the washroom was also not clean and there was a lot of difficulty in finding the hotel

It’s ok but it’s near to metro and our work was easier and quick n we didn’t had food n location is good

They provide us very bad conditioned room with ac or fan. We even cant stay there for 2 hours. Very bad experience.

It's just so so as some service like bathroom. Gate handle to break & tv not working. It was non ac room only. No any room service.

First of all hotel location is inaccurate, we had to go through lots of trouble. Hotel stuff behavior is pathetic, they don't know how to talk to old people. Very uncleaned rooms, toilets are worst, no water, everything is worst. *hotel is beside cemetery* very worst hotel and worst experience in my life. Not deserve for even 0 star
