It was upto my expectations, service is also good. Room was clean. Hygiene maintained. Overall best in budget

First of all i want to inform that I stay at koral bagh due compulsion (medical issue) after seeing rewiev I booked hotel grace... First thing is that no complimantry welcome drinks is served to us after check in hotel grace. (welcome drinks I don't know). Second thing is that room size is good, washroom size is also good but unfortunately no tap of washroom is working properly...no proper water flow from any tap even wash basin tap is also not working properly. Max. time I have to call to close the tap of washroom. Third thing is that room window having blind in place of curtain but blind opening closing not working...you have to remove Full blind for sunlight 🌞or for fresh air. about washroom tap problem I told at reception he told me they will change tha room but no changing of room was done. also no water in night hours due to water leakages from taps. No bedsheet changed during 3days of visit. finally I just want to tell that the price I paid for hotel grace is worthless. You will find another good hotel in that price.

My stay at Hotel Grace, Karol Bagh was an absolute disaster. The room was filthy, with dust everywhere. The noise from the street and the reception area was unbearable, making it impossible to sleep. To top it off, there was no mineral water provided, and a 4-hour power outage left me without basic amenities. I am extremely dissatisfied with my experience and would strongly advise others to avoid this hotel at all costs

One of the worst hotels i have ever visit. Poor services, dirty room, rotten breakfast. Complete scam. I spent 4920 on mmt and i got services like a 600 rs room. Worst ever.

Assigned room not available room condition was not good sperm found in bed which is totally unexpected

Not safe for family located in unsafe place at karol bagh only men can be seen outside drinking water bottles provided opened always

It is located in a busy area and many locations are nearest to hotel. Management also so liberal. Nice experience
