Review Of Hotel The Hindustan - A Unit of Namaste Hindustan

Around 1:00AM When we are sleeping after getting tiered from an event suddenly lights went off till 2:30AM they don't have any option of inverter or generator in their hotel also manager and staff was very rude they are not finding any solution for our problem worst experience ever!!!

Stay was good,Good was good, staff behaviour was also good, quick to respond. Only problem was the power backup issue. there was a power outage but power back up was not there and there was black out for 15-20 mins.

I recently stayed at this hotel in Delhi. The rooms were good, neat and fairly well maintained. The staff were polite and cooperative, which made the stay more comfortable inside the property. However, the biggest drawback is the location. The hotel is situated in a small galli (local street), which is quite unpleasant. The lane is smelly and even had horse dung scattered around, which gave a very negative impression when entering or leaving the hotel. Breakfast was another disappointment. Although it was included in the booking, it was served very late (around 10 AM), which is inconvenient for travelers. The food quality was poor – only roti and curd were given, which cannot be considered a proper breakfast. Overall, while the rooms and staff were fine, the location and breakfast experience were quite unsatisfactory. I would not recommend this hotel to those who expect a clean surrounding or a decent morning meal.
