Was a terrible experience, particularly booking this particular property, and I am very much disappointed they have recommended me to stay this particular property. Firstly, I would like to mention that there are two property properties with same name in the proximity of 2 to 3 km, so the proximity of 2 to 3 km and the property which we got to stay and was pathetic. The whole experience was pathetic the a earlier the actually the when we entered the property already, we were some 5 to 6 hours late, so we check the 56 hour late and nobody was there to receive us on the gate as well as on the reception, so it was us who looked for the people around and we asked for our you know to provide us the key of our room and the way they were the communicated with us was totally you know, pathetic and earlier they provided us the room which was so stinky so stinking that they even they could not the person you know who company does even he could not enter the room himself, so we asked them to change the room. Somehow they you know change the room. They then we ordered the food food, although it is not you know in my in my in my area to speak about the food, particularly I am somebody who value food a lot, but the food they provide. It was totally unhygienic and terrible afterwards the things which they provided to us, particularly like the sleepers, they provided a pair of sleeper pair containing two slippers of same, same foot right so the whole experience was terrible. I mean at once you value your customer a lot and you actually make us feel like we are the valued customer, but on the other hand, you suggested us such properties, so the whole experience was terrible. This was the most terrible one.
