Accommodation provided in a different hotel
The guest was given room in the property we had booked stating that the rooms are sold out. Instead the guest was accommodated in a different hotel that was of lower category. This was very much embarrassing for us and annoying for the guest.

Stay was very comfortable, safe and secure. Food and service was also very good. Staff was also very polite. One thing I was just little bit disappointed was cleanliness. Although, the room but door mates was clean. Overall, very nice experience.

Location was good
Hotel was in ok condition, staff is also good but need some improvement. Washroom door was not locking, ac is not working and I complained but not resolved.

Poor hospitality
This is the worst hotel I have ever encountered. First of all they do not have basic etiquettes. We walked into the hotel dragging our luggage ourselves all through the stairs, no housekeeping came to help us. Then when we walked to the reception the person there was so cold and rude, we didn’t feel welcomed. Then the rooms were the worst part, bed sheets were not changed and it had hair on both bed sheets and pillow covers and when we asked them to change they adamantly told us that they will not change since they just did before we checked in, then the washrooms were the worst part, the flush was not working in one washroom and the other had bloodstains on the commode seat. They had sanitized it without even cleaning. When we called them to show the condition of rooms they started arguing and asked us to leave. I would never ever walk into this hotel again. This was the worst hotel experience of my entire life. And I don’t understand how this hotel had 3.9 stars. I would not even rate this hotel a single star.

Cup board was not cleaned. Room showing but allotting quite different on discussion reply they have room but occupied. After hot discussion they allotted little bit better room but not the same which we had seen. Hence please take care and booked the room number at your end
Next day I cancelled to get refund as refund was not accepted stay not at night evacuate in the evening only.
