it's very bad experience..hotel r not clean..hotel room was very Messi and dirty washroom is very bad condition no water...hotel employees very bad manners.. bechet pillow cover very dirty condition..

Very poor hotel that i have booked ever. Even they have no keys for room. no proper cleaning the reception teams are like very rude . please dont go for this property while booking .

No cleanliness in the room and no proper response from hotel management. No lift and luggage to be taken till 3rd or 4th floor on our own (hotel team is not available)

Toiletries, towels, drinking water not offered, room was cooler in this winter, tv not working, otherwise room was ok.

The room is ok but the service is not good because we did not get the soap and clean bead. I don't have images because i left that room

5. We enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The hosts are really great and helpful and helped us to book as a taxi to take us to the airport. I would say for the money charged the place could be a bit better but i'm expecting it in the future to be more developed

Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of hotel. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in where we had dinner. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future.

Nice cosy room. Newly refurbished room, bathroom was cleaned and bad was comfortable. Nice lobby with some sort grand old fashioned decor staffs were very friendly and service were excellent. Definitely will come back
